San Rafael Corps Welcomes New Leader

Jul 24, 2017 | by SNW

Larry Carmichael, a 30-year-old minister from Arizona, has stepped up to be the new officer in charge of The Salvation Army’s San Rafael Corps in Marin county. Although he has only recently moved to Novato area, the new officer has already made observations of how to improve his community, such as starting an after-school homework help program and offering music classes. Carmichael is also a huge advocate for summer camp since he has first-hand witnessed the incredible transformation it can make it a young person’s life. With all of his hard work and dedication Larry Carmichael will do great things for the Marin County community!
