Spring Gala Raises Much Needed Funds for Alameda

May 8, 2017 | by SNW

For the past two years members of the Alameda Advisory Board have put together a Spring Gala at the Claremont Country Club benefiting The Salvation Army Corps in the Oakland area. The funds will be used for the youth programs at Tri-Cities, family shelter at Garden Street in Oakland, feeding the hungry in Hayward, and senior services in Chinatown. The event raised over $100,000 – nearly doubling donations from last year! Thank you to all the attendees who graciously contributed to help us Do the Most Good and to members of the Advisory Board who put on this wonderful event!
